Supervisor Development Programme

This programme has been written for supervisors who are keen to develop their people managements skills. 

Relevant, for experienced and inexperienced supervisors, the session’s final content and pitch will be dependent on the needs of those who attend. 

Programme objectives

By the end of this programme, delegates will be able to: 

  1. Explain the role of the supervisor
  2. Describe the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to be effective within the role
  3. Identify their personal strengths and developmental needs
  4. Demonstrate increased confidence in their supervisory skills.

Further information

The course is very participative and draws on the experiences of delegates.  It will help to build delegates’ confidence and can cover areas such as relationships with team members and managing difficult situations.
