The purpose of this programme is to provide members of staff with the knowledge and skill to be able to develop a consultation process.

By the end of this programme, delegates will be able to:
- Identify different methods of consultation
- Define the aims of the consultation
- Use different consultation methods
- Design and analyse surveys and questionnaires.
